MarketSync complete feature list
Everything you get on the platform, grouped by area: the copy engine and its settings, risk controls, analytics, notifications and billing.
What the platform does
Telegram signals in, real MetaTrader trades out: read, filtered, sized and managed by your rules, in the cloud.
- Telegram → MarketSync → MetaTrader pipeline Watches the Telegram channels you choose, reads and understands the trade signals posted there, and executes them on your MT5/MT4 accounts within milliseconds using per-account rules.
- Cloud execution: no VPS, no install Everything runs on our servers 24/7. Your computer can be off; copying continues.
- Full trade lifecycle management Not just entry: take-profit ladders, stop-loss stepping, trailing, provider follow-up messages ("move SL to BE", "close now"), partial closes and cancellations are all handled after the trade is open.
- Many-to-many routing One channel can feed several MetaTrader accounts, and one account can copy several channels. Each pairing keeps its own settings.
- MT4 and MT5 support Both MetaTrader generations are supported as execution targets, with broker-server search on connect.
Accounts, sign-in & onboarding
Several ways in, a guided first run, and sessions that expire safely.
- Email + password registration Sign up with name, email and password, with an optional referral code captured at registration.
- Email verification (OTP) A 6-digit one-time code confirms the address before the account goes live, with resend support.
- Password sign-in Standard email + password login with a show/hide password field and friendly error codes.
- Magic-link sign-in A tokenised link that establishes a session whether or not one already exists.
- Google sign-in One-tap federated login as an alternative to email credentials.
- Self-service password reset Four-step recovery: enter email → receive code → verify code → set a new password.
- Onboarding profile step First-time users complete a short profile before any other authed route unlocks; the router enforces it.
- Session expiry & auto-logout Access tokens refresh silently; an abandoned browser is signed out rather than left open indefinitely. Sessions can be revoked server-side.
Plans, billing & payments
Three plans, four billing cycles, card or crypto, plus invoices, retention offers and cancellation.
- Plan tiers Starter, Pro and Elite, differing by how many MetaTrader accounts are included. Telegram channels are not the limiting factor; MT accounts are.
- Billing cycles with built-in discounts Monthly ($39/mo), quarterly, 6-month ($35/mo) and annual ($29/mo). Longer terms carry free months and show the effective monthly rate.
- Extra account add-ons Buy additional MetaTrader account slots beyond the plan ($10/mo, dropping to $9 on 6-month and $8 on annual). The picker dials the count up and down live.
- Live price preview Toggling plan, cycle and extra accounts instantly recalculates period total, effective monthly cost, savings vs monthly, and discount percentage.
- Shareable plan selection The current picker state is encoded in the URL, so refreshing or sending the link preserves the exact configuration.
- Guest checkout Visitors can pick a plan and pay before creating a password. The account is created inline from the email field during checkout.
- Embedded Stripe checkout Card payment happens inline via Stripe embedded elements with PCI/SSL trust signals, not a redirect away from the app.
- Crypto payments Helio-backed crypto checkout as an alternative to card.
- Payment method management List saved cards, add a new one through a hosted session, and set the default.
- Invoices with PDF download Paginated invoice history, per-invoice detail, and a generated PDF for each.
- Plan-change quotes Before switching, the app shows exactly what the change costs, including proration.
- Retention offer on cancel The cancellation dialog can surface a discount offer that applies immediately if accepted.
- Cancellation flow Self-service cancel with a reason capture; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trial Trial eligibility check, trial setup and confirmation flow, gated behind a feature flag.
- Lifetime plan availability A limited lifetime offer whose remaining availability is checked before it can be purchased.
- Renewal automation & grace period Scheduled jobs handle renewals and expiry warnings. A failed renewal has a short grace window where copying continues; after it, new copying pauses but the dashboard stays readable and open trades keep being managed.
Telegram connection
Sign in by phone or QR, keep multiple Telegram accounts, read only the chats you nominate.
- Phone-number login Enter your number, receive Telegram's login code, enter it: a guided three-step connect.
- QR-code login Scan a QR from the Telegram mobile app instead of typing a phone number.
- 2FA password step If your Telegram account has two-factor security, the cloud password step is handled inline.
- Connection status & disconnect Shows your Telegram username with a live "Connected" state, and disconnects cleanly on demand.
- Multiple Telegram accounts More than one Telegram identity can be attached, so channels spread across accounts are all reachable.
- Scoped reading Only the chats you explicitly add are read, never personal chats, unrelated groups, or contacts.
- Missed-message catch-up After a disconnect or restart, the listener backfills messages it missed rather than silently skipping them.
MetaTrader accounts
Connect MT4/MT5 accounts, watch them live, and control each one independently.
- Add MT4 / MT5 account Name the account, choose the platform, pick your exact broker server from a searchable list, and enter login + trading password.
- Broker-server search Type-ahead search across broker server names so the exact server is selected rather than guessed.
- Live account monitoring A table that refreshes every few seconds with connection status, balance, equity, free margin, open trade count and pending order count.
- Terminal heartbeat & auto-reconnect Terminal health is monitored continuously; dropped connections are re-established automatically, and connections are re-checked on login.
- Per-account copy toggle A "receiving signals" switch stops copying to one account while still monitoring it.
- Read-only vs full-access connections Accounts can be attached with either trading or investor-level access.
- Paid slot enforcement Adding an account beyond your plan's included count requires the per-account payment step before the connection form unlocks.
- Broker price history OHLC bars plus a live bid/ask tick are pulled from the account's own broker feed for in-app charting.
Signal sources & the source library
Build a library of channels once, then attach sources to accounts on their own terms.
- Source library Add the Telegram channels, groups and forums you want to copy from. The library defines what MarketSync listens to; attaching defines which account it copies into.
- Attach sources to accounts An account only starts copying once at least one library source is attached to it, from that account's Sources tab.
- Reuse across accounts The same source can feed several accounts at once, each with its own copy settings and even its own subset of topics.
- Forum topic selection For forum-style groups, copy the whole channel or only specific topics/threads, with select-all support, so you can ignore chatter and take only the signal threads.
- Listening slots & usage meter Each channel, and each selected topic, consumes one listening slot from your plan's allowance. A meter shows usage against the limit.
- Per-account pause / unlink Pause or resume a source (or a single topic) on one account, or unlink it entirely, without touching how other accounts use the same source.
- Recommended channels A curated set of channels MarketSync suggests, joinable directly from the app.
- Signal Marketplace Browse curated signal groups (including forum topics) and add them to your sources in one click, with an indicator for what is already linked to an account.
- Sources drawer & library browser A dedicated drawer for searching the library, seeing per-source summaries, and linking or delinking against the current account.
Copy settings: the rules engine
Per-account rules that decide how every signal becomes a trade. Changes apply to the next signal only; open trades are never touched.
- Position sizing mode Fixed lot, Risk % of account, or Fixed $ risk. Risk-based modes compute the lot from the signal's stop-loss distance.
- Fixed lot size Exact volume per signal (0.01–100), with quick-pick buttons. Also the no-stop-loss fallback, and the total volume when layering is on.
- Risk per trade A percentage or a cash amount to risk per trade; the lot is derived so hitting the SL loses about that amount.
- Calculate risk on balance or equity Risk % can be based on closed balance, or on equity (balance plus floating P&L of open trades).
- Below-minimum-lot behaviour When the computed lot falls under the broker minimum: skip the trade to preserve exact risk, or use the broker minimum.
- No-stop-loss behaviour When a signal has no SL and risk-based sizing cannot be computed: reject the trade, or fall back to the fixed lot.
- Max lot per trade A hard ceiling on the volume of any single copied trade.
- Require stop loss On: signals without an SL are skipped entirely. Off: they are copied without one.
- Attach take-profit Whether copied trades carry a take-profit target at all.
- Take-profit mode "Use All TPs" opens one trade and closes a portion at each TP in the signal (50/50 for two, ~33% each for three, 25% for four, 20% for five). "Use One TP" opens one trade that closes fully at a single chosen level.
- Which TP to use In Use-One-TP mode: first, last, or the 1st–6th level, falling back to the last available if the chosen level is missing from a signal.
- Progressive stop-loss protection Steps the SL forward as each take-profit is reached: TP1 → entry, TP2 → TP1, TP3 → TP2, and so on. TP-based, not a continuous trail.
- Break-even trigger level Choose which take-profit (TP1–TP6) first moves the stop to entry. Pick TP2 and the trade runs freely through TP1 before protection starts.
- Chart-touch take-profit Trigger managed TP closes on the chart (bid) price for both directions, rather than the directional quote.
- Copy pending orders Whether limit/stop (waiting-price) entries are copied as well as immediate-market entries. Required for layering.
- Price tolerance / slippage Pending-entry tolerance and allowed slippage in multiples of 10 points; higher values allow fills further from the signal price.
- Price drift If a signal's entry is within this distance of live market, fill at market; otherwise place a pending order at the entry. Measured in pips for forex and points for metals, oil, crypto, indices and other CFDs. Zero disables it.
- Layering Split one entry into 2–6 orders across the signal's entry range for a better average price. Applies to range signals; a single-price signal opens one order.
- Dynamic lot size across layers On: the total lot is divided evenly across layers, each kept at or above 0.01. Off: every layer uses the full lot.
- Cancel siblings on take-profit When one layer hits its target, the remaining unfilled layers are cancelled so no stray orders are left behind.
- TP assignment direction For layered Use-All-TPs, map the closest entry to the closest TP ("direct") or invert the pairing.
- Auto-close pending orders after N minutes Cancel pending entries that have not filled within a chosen number of minutes.
- Auto-close market trades after N minutes Close every copied market trade a set number of minutes after it opens.
- Pause copying A panic switch that stops opening new trades for this account while existing trades keep being managed.
- In-app "How it works" explainers Every setting carries a plain-language explainer panel, so nothing has to be guessed.
- Trade preview panel A live preview of how the current settings would translate a signal (calculated lot, entries, stops and targets) before anything is routed.
Advanced Trade Management
Per-source basket management: build layered entries, close them progressively, and pull stops to your real average entry.
- Multi-entry trade flow Turns a signal's entry range into several successive positions as price moves through it. Your lot is split across them, never multiplied.
- Number of entries How many positions to build across the entry range.
- Apply to layered signals Enable management for range signals that become multiple positions.
- Apply to single trades Enable management for one-position signals, using partial closes at each take-profit.
- Average-entry (AVE) stop protection At each take-profit, early entries close and unfilled layers cancel; remaining stops move to your account's real average fill price (spread and slippage included), so the basket cannot close below break-even.
- Protection offset In single-trade mode, how far from each hit take-profit the protective stop is placed.
- Runner behaviour The final entry keeps running toward the open target while the rest of the basket is banked.
- Order comment An optional label of up to 30 characters attached to every order from this source, so trades are identifiable in MetaTrader. Each forum topic can carry its own comment.
- Override semantics While active, the source overrides each account's copy and layering settings for its signals, but account-level risk limits still apply.
Risk rules & equity protection
Server-enforced circuit breakers that stop an account before a bad day becomes a bad month.
- Max open trades Cap how many positions can be open at once; new signals wait once the cap is reached.
- Daily loss limit Automatically pause copying for the rest of the day when losses cross a percentage of balance you set.
- Daily profit target The mirror image: stop for the day once a profit percentage is reached.
- Equity protection master switch A dedicated protection layer monitored continuously on our servers, separate from per-signal rules.
- Daily drawdown / daily profit thresholds Percentage-based daily bands that trigger the configured breach action.
- Stop-loss protection Trigger on a drawdown percentage, a drawdown cash amount, or a hard equity floor.
- Take-profit protection Trigger on a profit percentage, a profit cash amount, or an equity ceiling.
- Breach action On breach: disable the copier, close only copied trades, or close every trade on the account.
- Daily reset time & timezone Choose when the trading day rolls over, from a list of major trading timezones, so limits reset on your schedule, not UTC's.
- Breach notification Get alerted the moment protection fires, with the triggering rule and timestamp recorded.
- Manual reset Clear a triggered state and resume copying once you have reviewed what happened.
- Symbol restrictions Block specific instruments per account so restricted symbols are never traded, useful for staying inside prop-firm rules.
Symbol management & mapping
Make broker naming differences a non-issue.
- Symbol browser The full instrument list available on a selected account, split into Forex and Other, with a search filter.
- Enable / disable symbols Mark instruments as tradable or blocked, including a bulk toggle for everything currently visible.
- Three-part symbol mapping Map the signal's name → a canonical name → your broker's exact symbol, so "GOLD" lands as "XAUUSD.pro" on the broker that needs it.
- Per-account mapping sets Mappings are added, updated and removed independently for each connected account.
Live signals feed & logs
Watch every message, reading, execution and rejection as it happens, then page back through the history.
- Real-time signal feed Incoming Telegram messages stream in live, including non-signal chatter, so nothing the channel posts is hidden from you.
- Read signal view The clean interpretation of each recognised trade: direction, symbol, entry price(s), stop loss and take-profit levels.
- Execution results The outcome of placing each trade across your accounts: success, partial success or failure, with the reason.
- Broker rejection reasons Raw MT5 return codes are translated into readable explanations instead of opaque numbers.
- Follow-up updates When a provider edits a trade or posts a follow-up ("move SL to breakeven", "close half"), the action is applied and shown.
- Message edits & reactions Edits to the original Telegram message and emoji reactions are reflected in the feed.
- Live connection indicator A visible health state for the realtime link, so a silent feed is never mistaken for a quiet market.
- Signal history A paginated log of past signals and executions with filters and date-range selection.
- Signal journey timeline The full lifecycle of one signal (every event, position, TP hit, exit price and volume) in a single timeline.
- Live journey snapshot For an open signal, current price and floating P&L layered onto the timeline.
- AI journey explanation A plain-language narrative of what happened to a signal and why, generated on demand and cached.
- Log comments Annotate a signal log entry with your own note.
- Setup readiness checks Before the feed can work the app verifies at least one trading account and a Telegram connection exist, and guides you to whatever is missing.
