Frequently asked questions
What does this status page show?
The operational state of MarketSync's core components, API, servers, webhooks, WebSocket, Telegram ingestion and the MT bridge, so you can see at a glance whether the platform is running normally.
A component shows an issue, what should I do?
Check which component is affected, then review your execution logs. MarketSync records signals and errors during an incident, so you can see exactly what was and wasn't routed.
Does an incident mean my open trades were closed?
No. An outage may delay or skip routing of new signals, but it does not close existing positions on its own. Your logs show what happened during the window.
Will copying resume automatically after an outage?
Yes. Because copying runs in the cloud, it resumes as components recover. Any signals that couldn't be routed during an incident remain visible in your logs.
How do I report a problem I'm seeing?
Email info@marketsync.ai with the affected component, your account and the approximate time, and include the relevant execution logs so we can investigate quickly.
How is uptime measured?
By the availability of each component listed here. A production status page reports live component health and historical uptime rather than a single overall number.
