MT5 to MT4 copying

Run your strategy on MT5 and mirror it into MT4 accounts, with symbol mapping that handles the differences between platforms and brokers.

Cross-version copying

Source on MetaTrader 5, follow on MetaTrader 4, with mapping in between.

Per-account control

Each MT4 follower keeps its own lot logic and risk rules.

Symbol resolution

Symbols are mapped to each broker's MT4 naming so orders route correctly.

Transparent logs

Every mirrored order is logged with its result and ticket ID.

Frequently asked questions

Can I really copy from MT5 to MT4 when they're different platforms?

Yes. MarketSync reads trades on the MT5 source and places matching orders on your MT4 followers, translating symbols and order details between the two platforms.

How are symbols handled between MT5 and MT4 brokers?

Each MT4 follower has its own symbol map, so MT5 instrument names are resolved to the MT4 account's naming, including suffixes, before any order is placed.

Do MT5-only order features carry over to MT4?

Orders are mapped to what MT4 supports, market and its four pending types, with stop-loss and take-profit. Anything MT4 cannot represent is adapted or skipped and logged, never guessed.

Can each MT4 follower size trades differently?

Yes. Fixed, multiplier, risk-percent or balance-scaled lot logic is set per follower, so accounts of different sizes stay proportionate to the master.

Is the full trade lifecycle mirrored to MT4?

Yes. Opens, SL/TP edits, break-even moves, partial and full closes and cancellations on the MT5 source are all reflected on the MT4 followers.

Do I need both platforms installed on my computer?

No. The MT5 source and MT4 followers connect in the cloud, so copying continues without local terminals or a VPS.
