Security, access, and user responsibility

Security is shared. Here's how MarketSync approaches it and what stays in your control.

User-selected sources

You choose which Telegram sources to connect. MarketSync only reads the sources you select.

Account-level control

Rules, limits and a pause switch live at the account level, so you stay in control of every connection.

Session management

Manage your sessions and connections from your account at any time.

Clear disclaimers

MarketSync routes orders based on your rules and does not provide advice or guarantees.

Frequently asked questions

Does MarketSync place trades on its own?

No. It routes orders that match the rules you configure for your selected sources and accounts.

Do I have to share my Telegram password?

You connect through your own Telegram session and choose which sources to read. You stay in control of that access and can manage or revoke it from your account at any time.

Can MarketSync withdraw funds from my trading account?

No. It connects to place and manage orders based on your rules; it does not have withdrawal access to your broker account.

Which Telegram sources can MarketSync see?

Only the ones you connect. It reads the channels, groups and topics you select for copying, and nothing else.

How do I stop MarketSync from trading immediately?

Use the pause switch to halt new trades per account or globally, or disconnect a source or account at any time.

Who is responsible for my trading results?

You are. MarketSync routes orders according to the rules you set for the sources and accounts you choose. The trading decisions and outcomes remain yours.
