Frequently asked questions
Does MarketSync support MT4 and MT5?
Yes, both, from any broker. One subscription covers both platforms.
Will it follow updates to a trade?
Yes. SL/TP edits, break-even moves, closes and cancellations are handled automatically.
Is this financial advice?
No. MarketSync routes orders based on your rules. It does not provide signals, analysis or financial advice.
My broker only offers MT4. Is that a problem?
No. MarketSync fully supports MetaTrader 4 from any broker, so you can keep your existing MT4 account and broker and route your Telegram signals straight into it.
Does MT4 limit which orders can be copied?
No. MarketSync places the order types MT4 supports, market and its four pending types, and manages stop-loss, take-profit, partial closes and cancellations the same way it does on MT5.
Can I move from MT4 to MT5 later without starting over?
Your Telegram sources and most account rules carry over. You connect the new MT5 account and re-check its symbol mapping, since broker symbol names differ between the two platforms.
